Wrong microcontrollers in Arduino (publishing tool)

so! I just got my dev kit and was trying to learn the process of setting up a regular blank blink with the publishing tool but it keeps telling me that I have the wrong microcontrollers. I can upload to the dev blink easy as pie but as soon as i use the publishing tool it doesn’t want to work and I’m having issues troubleshooting since I’m new to this. Thank You
